FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: device includes water source through flexible delivery hose, return pipeline and tangential tapping connected to the tank intended for water making-up of the system and for preparation of chemical reagent, which includes access hole charging the chemical reagent, inverse cone with mesh, which is installed inside the tank, cone for protecting suction pipeline and pump against deposits. Tank has cone-shaped bottom for storage and discharge of deposits, which is connected to flexible delivery hose for accumulation of deposits, as well as level metre with level indicator, which is connected to the tank and intended for level control. Tank is connected to circulation system including main-line pump, circulation pump, suction, delivery and return pipelines, as well as flushing solution circulation bypass. Main-line pump is intended for filling the flushed system with source water and for supplying water chemical solution to flush the system, and circulation pump performs flushing as per the specified hydraulic mode; at that, the tank outlet through suction pipeline, mud trap, the branch pipe of which is connected to flexible delivery hose for accumulation of deposits, is connected at the suction pipeline to delivery pump whereto electric control panel is connected. Main-line pump through control valve, check valve and delivery pipeline is connected to pressure gauge and to the first reverse inlet intended for changing the flow direction and made in the form of a ring composed of tubes connected to each other with ball valves; at that, the first reverse outlet is connected to pressure gauge and control nut diopter, which is connected through bypass to vertical inlet of mud trap and suction branch pipe, which connected through circulation pump to electric control panel is connected to delivery branch pipe with control valve, connected through flexible delivery hose to heat source inlet, to which electric control panel is connected; at that, heat source outlet is connected to contact thermometre and through flexible delivery hose to the inlet of control valve and check valve, which together with delivery pipeline is connected though flexible delivery hose to pressure gauge and compressor outlet which is connected to electric panel. The second reverse outlet is connected through flexible delivery hose to return pipeline of heat supply system, and the third reverse outlet is connected through flexible delivery hose to supply pipeline of heat supply system; at that, all the pipelines and components of the device are connected to each other with ball valves. Device is made with possibility of being installed on transport facility.
EFFECT: device allows sufficient increasing the flushing efficiency.
