FIELD: flushing hydraulic systems.

SUBSTANCE: installation for flushing hydraulic systems refers to the field of cleaning the system of pipelines, liquids and tanks and can be used in mechanical engineering and other industries for servicing power hydraulic systems of machines and mechanisms. Installation for flushing hydraulic systems, containing a filter, a distributor, connecting fittings, flexible hoses for connecting to a hydraulic system and a storage tank, filling and emptying of which is carried out using a tank of a serviced hydraulic system by a pump reverser in conjunction with a hydraulic motor and driven by a regular hydraulic system pump, while by expanding the functionality in order to improve the quality of cleaning the working fluid and flushing the hydraulic system tank with its cleaning, the following were additionally installed: an ejector in the section of the drain circuit into the tank before the cleaning filter with the connection of the suction zone of contaminated fluid from the tank of the serviced hydraulic system through the pipeline and hose; a pump that is connected by the suction cavity to the lower part of the storage tank, and the discharge cavity is connected to the inlet to the ejector; a throttle valve is installed on the drain line between the filter and the tank; the section of the drain pipeline, between the filter and the throttle valve, is connected by a pipeline and a flexible hose to the hydraulic system tank, which also made it possible to simplify the schematic diagram of the prototype by excluding the distributor and flow switch from it and to get away from the reverse of the pump with a hydraulic motor, and the process of flushing the power actuators is performed without a break in one step by equalizing the flows coming from the serviced hydraulic system tank to the storage tank through the cleaning filter with simultaneous withdrawal from the storage tank through actuators to the hydraulic system tank.
