FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for research of grain sprouting and may be used to control speed of grain growth. Plant comprises reservoir for grain, which consists of two vessels - inner 1 and outer 2. Vessels are tightly joined in upper and lower part of reservoir, between walls of vessels there is a free space for circulation of liquid for the purposes of thermostatting. For supply of thermostatting liquid at side wall of outer vessel there are holes 3. Inner vessel in upper part of reservoir is closed with cover 4 arranged with the possibility of vertical displacement inside inner vessel of reservoir and fixation at a certain level. Cover contains two through holes: for installation of thermometre 5 and for moistening of grain 6 in process of its growth. Electrodes 7 are tightly mounted into bottom and cover of reservoir and are arranged with the possibility of connection to source of current.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to vary speed of grain growth and control temperature in process of its growth, which provides for high quality of sprouted grain.
