FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to devices for grain sprouting for malt and for production of germs biomass. Device comprises reservoir for grain, in which the following technological operations are performed: washing, soaking, sprouting, drying. Reservoir is fixed on stand with the possibility of rotation in horizontal plane and with fixation of position at any angle. Reservoir represents a vessel, upper and lower parts of which are separated by a tightly inbuilt metal mesh, which is both a separator and an electrode. Lower part of vessel has a shape of cone and is equipped with a drain valve. In upper part reservoir is closed with cover equipped with a metal screw with electrode of metal mesh inbuilt in it. Electrode moves in vertical plane, size of electrode makes 70-80% of cover area. Electrodes are arranged with the possibility of connection to current source. Cover has through holes that are evenly arranged on its surface. Dimensions of holes in cover and nets must not exceed dimensions of separate seed beetles. One of cover holes may be used to insert thermocouple or thermometre and arranged with according dimensions.

EFFECT: invention use will make is possible to intensify and optimise process of various crops sprouts making by combination of several factors of physical effect and to produce product of high-quality with minimum losses of biomass.
