FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biologically active additives (BAA) to food for functional nutrition of human with prevention purpose and can be used in food industry and preventive medicine. Food BAA consists of water extracts of leather bergenia, meadowsweet, herb of peppermint and also preservative and water. As a preservative the BAA contains inulin or mixture of inulin and arabinogalactan at ratio from 1:10 to 10:1. Also the additive includes components at the following amount ratio, wt %: water extracts of leather bergenia 30.0 - 96.5, water extract of meadowsweet 1.0- 2.5, water extract of herb of peppermint 0.1- 0.5, inulin or mixture of inulin and arabinogalactan at ratio from 1:10 to 10:1 0.5 - 25.0, and water the rest.

EFFECT: invention facilitates production of additive in liquid - in form of syrup or dry form with higher adaptogen, anti-stress and anti-radiation properties.
