FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns dentistry and can be used for making a denture. Method includes following stages: creation of a data array for computer-aided design of a denture to be made on the basis of the digitised measurement results of prepared teeth or implants, and also direct background thereof wherein the denture is to be inserted; creation of the first and second parts of the data array for computer-aimed design, with the first part of the data array for computer-aided design describing an underlying structure of a frame and the second part of the data array for computer-aimed design describing aesthetically and/or functionally essential external geometry of the denture mainly turned towards the mouth; making the underlying structure of the frame with using the created first part of the data array for computer-aimed design; finishing the underlying structure for the multilayered denture by applying a functional layer with using the second part of the data array for computer-aimed design. The making and finishing of the underlying structure of the frame are carried out by machine production of hollow moulds with the denture components with peak treatment temperatures made first and mould to extend the components with the materials with lower treatment temperatures made thereafter.
