FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mechanical activation of construction mix and may be used in power engineering, construction, mining, metallurgical, chemical industry, medicine and other industries in production of high-quality produce, and also for production of finely dispersed multi-component mixtures of various minerals, polymers and powders. Substance of invention consists in the fact that device for mechanical activation of construction mix comprises closed hollow cylindrical body arranged vertically versus horizontal axis with central inlet hole in its front fixed wall and inlet hole in its lower part, and disk rotor installed on horizontal shaft inside body, which forms a common working element together with front fixed wall, which is presented in the form of labyrinth rings concentrically arranged accordingly on front fixed wall and disk rotor, which are shifted versus each other in radial direction with formation of open chambers for serial transfer of treated mix from one chamber to another one. Between labyrinth rings of accordingly fixed wall and rotor there are radial channels and dead radial caverns arranged along their circumference. Fixed wall is arranged with circular bore for mix enrichment.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved efficiency, reduction of energy intensity and production of high quality product of mechanical activation.
