SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutter knife and to knife head, and is intended for crushing and mixing of fresh or frozen food products, for instance meat. Cutter knife includes at least one facility that makes it possible to fix it to disk of knife head and only one groove arranged with shift versus its medium axis in the form of slot for ledge available on disk of knife head and entering into it, preferably shaped as pin, besides marks are arranged at the edge of this groove arranged in slot of groove.
