FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to forestry engineering. The system consists of a pump coupled with hydraulic distributor by means of pressure and auxiliary pipelines; the hydraulic distributor is connected with a working cavity of a power hydraulic ram via a pilot-operated check valve with a back spring-loaded valve. A throttle-safety valve is additionally installed in the pilot operated check valve on the side of the pressure line. The valve consists of a case having inlet and outlet cavities divided between them with a partition with through openings and a central opening. A spring-loaded throttling disk valve is installed in the central opening; it facilitates flow of working agent to the power hydraulic ram via an axial opening of the inlet cavity made in shape identical to the shape of the disk valve; also working agent flows through a T-joint with a pressure gauge connected to the case of the throttle-safety valve on the side of the outlet cavity.

EFFECT: ensuring fast control of working elements feeding.
