SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for hanging clothes, towels, kerchiefs, scarves, ties, hats and other items on any vertical surface. According to the procedure a bracket is directly fixed at vertical surface or on support of the rack secured to vertical surface. The bracket is secured to vertical surface at angle exceeding 0 degrees. A fixture between an active component of the bracket interacting with material of a hanged item and the rack support or vertical surface is made non-rigid in such a way, that the bracket damps and/or absorbs energy of shock, when an item is hanged and/or carelessly thrown on the bracket, and/or randomly hooked by it. Thus there is facilitated reliable rack fixing, low cost, simplicity of hanging and taking off, elimination of injuries and damage of device at random collision of rack components with a head, arms or body of a person.

EFFECT: eliminating usage of loops on clothes or towels while, if necessary, loops can be used.
