FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in designs of forge-and-stamping equipment and other process systems of impact action. Device comprises body in the form of upper and lower cylindrical bushes that enter each other. The first bush may contact with hammer block in process of billet deformation. The second bush is intended for billet deformation. Spring is arranged between bushes. Spring is tightened to the value of force, which is equal to or exceeds required force to start deformation. Force of the previous tightening of spring is adjusted.
EFFECT: invention provides for better conditions of deformation and energy saving.
