FIELD: transport .
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway engineering. Proposed damper comprises bogie swing suspension springs supporting bolster, friction plates and flexible elements arranged between aforesaid springs in symmetry about damper vertical axis. Flexible elements represent bent plates interacting with bolster and bogie side frame and comprising support elements and bent ends for friction plates to be secured thereto. Free ends of bent plate support parts are fixed in stops arranged on side frame base. Bent ends of the plates have grooves made all over their length, including radius of bending, to form fanlike divergence of bent ends.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved damping of lateral loads.
