SUBSTANCE: structural element comprises at least one hollow metal body (4) with section of closed circuit, comprising outer surface (24), at least one relief fastening element (22) arranged on outer surface (24), and at least one body of plastic material arranged by means of joint injection moulding at metal body and overlapping outer surface (24) of metal body so that relief fastening element (22) is at least partially overlapped for connection of body (6) from plastic material to metal body (4). According to invention, relief fastening element (22) is arranged as protruding on outer surface (24) of metal body (4). Relief fastening element (22) is closed, is arranged as a whole with metal body (4) and comprises counterwall (40) relative to outer surface (24) of metal body (4). Motor vehicle comprises specified structural element. Method for manufacturing of structural element consists in production of stock of relief fastening element (22), protruding on outer surface (24) of metal body (4). In process of metal body (4) moulding it is installed in mould, and pressurised liquid is supplied in it, and stock is deformed to produce relief fastening element (22) equipped with counterwall.
EFFECT: development of hybrid structural element, which makes it possible to improve mechanical strength.
