SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the construction for mounting inner lining 5 of the body element of the vehicle near rear side panel 2 of the vehicle and the vehicle. Design includes rear side window 1. Said inner lining 5 is fixed adjacent to said rear side panel 2, and it forms circumferential surface 52 around said rear side window. Circumferential surface 52 comprises flange area 53 opposite inner surface 11 of said rear side window, ending with edge 54 approaching said rear side window, forming a gap J with it. Inner lining contains elastically deformable connecting element 60 located near the specified rib and having flexible edge 61 based on the specified inner surface of the specified rear side window, which allows to seal the gap with the specified rear side window.
EFFECT: proposed design for mounting the inner lining of the body element of the vehicle.
