FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies of sewage water treatment in pulp and paper, food and other industries. Method for treatment of sewage waters includes addition of reagents into water for coagulation, flocculation and floatation of contaminants, saturation of water in saturator by gas - air or its mixture with carbon dioxide at higher gas pressure, throttling of saturated water, its ejection in volume of floatation chamber, floatation of suspended mixtures and separation of foam layer from water. Saturator for water saturation with gas is arranged in the form of cylindrical body equipped with porous element that separates its inner space into two coaxial longitudinal cavities that communicated to each other via element pores. Gas is supplied to saturator under pressure along one side of porous element, and pressurised water is sent tangentially to surface of body along the other side of porous element, besides gas pressure is higher than water pressure. Throttling of saturated water and its ejection will be carried out in multi-tier disk water distributor arranged in volume of floatation chamber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to intensify process of water treatment, to increase its efficiency and also to eliminate dissolution of sewage water with high content of suspended contaminants prior to saturation.
