SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used for making composite magnesite cement and construction materials based on composite magnesite cement. The binder contains the following in wt %: wollastonite with specific surface area of 0.5-5 m2/g 65-80, magnesium oxide 15-27, magnesium chloride 2.5-5, calcium carbonate - the rest.
EFFECT: increased frost resistance while maintaining strength and water resistance.
