FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of structural materials and can be used to produce binder and articles from said binder, wherein said binder can be produced using portland cement clinker stored for a long time, including in moist conditions. The binder contains portland cement clinker, gypsum dihydrate, electrolytes (Fe2(SO4)3 or Al2(SO4)3) and calcium-magnesium-silicate-containing rock - diopside, with the following ratio of components, wt %: portland cement clinker - 85-89, diopside - 5-9, electrolytes (Fe2(SO4)3 or Al2(SO4)3 - 1, gypsum dihydrate - 5. The binder is obtained through mixed grinding of components to specific surface area of 300-350 m2/kg.
EFFECT: high strength of hardened cement paste.
