FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used at separation for oil, water and mechanical impurities of consistent oil emulsion, formed and collected in tanks and settlers for cleaning of waste water of installation for oil preparation. In method of oil emulsion treatment of interlayer of capacity equipment for preparation of oil and water, including feeding into tank into waste water, allowing on the top layer of consistent oil emulsion, substance, assisting separation of consistent oil emulsion, in the capacity of substance, allowing separation of consistent oil emulsion, it is used gasoline, which is introduced into waste water with consumption 0.1-15 m3/h at pressure difference between line of feeding of gasoline and pressure in tank from 0.2 up to 1.1 MPa with inclusion volume fraction of fed gasoline from 1 up to 30% of volume of consistent oil emulsion, herewith temperature in vessel is held in the range from 2 up to 50°C, and from vessel it is removed oil and waste water.
EFFECT: effectiveness increase of separation of formed and collected in vessels and settlers for cleaning of waste water installations for preparation of consistent oil emulsion for oil, water and mechanical impurities.
