FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil industry, in particular to a method and apparatus for preparing a complicated oil emulsion, and can be used in preparing oil at an oil field, in particular during separation into oil, water and mechanical impurities of a stable oil emulsion formed and accumulating in reservoirs and settling apparatuses of oil treatment plants. Method of preparing a complicated oil emulsion involves placing an oil emulsion into an underground storage container, dispensing an oil solvent into an underground storage container, pumping of oil emulsion by pump into ground reservoir, in section from pump to ground reservoir supply of demulsifier into flow of oil emulsion, heating of oil emulsion mixture, solvent and demulsifier in heat exchanger, direction of heated mixture into ground tank, separation of mechanical impurities, separate extraction of oil with solvent and water, supply of oil with a solvent depending on the permissible level of water content in the flow of crude oil for further preparation according to the traditional scheme at the oil treatment plant or for repeated preparation in an underground reservoir. Prior to placement of oil emulsion in underground storage tank it is taken from process reservoirs from level of 4.5 m. Before oil emulsion pumping into ground reservoir, it is directed for centrifugation, samples for content of mechanical admixtures and oil products in water are separated, water is separated. After de-emulsifier is supplied to flow of oil emulsion at section from pump to ground reservoir, warm fresh water with temperature of 50–80 °C is additionally supplied, mixture of oil emulsion, solvent and demulsifier is heated in heat exchanger to temperature of 50–60 °C. Prior to separate extraction of oil with solvent and water samples are taken for content of mechanical impurities and oil products in water. If mechanical impurities of up to 100 mg/l and oil products are added up to 5000 mg/l, water is directed to treatment facilities, water content of mechanical impurities higher than 100 mg/l and oil products up to 5000 mg/l is fed to a process fluid injection unit, when mechanical impurities in excess of 100 mg/l and oil products exceed 5000 mg/l, water is fed into the oil emulsion flow for further preparation. Prior to supply of oil with solvent into flow of crude oil, oil solvent is dosed therein and directed successively through filter and moisture meter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of separation of formed and accumulating in reservoirs and settling tanks of complicated oil emulsion for oil, water and mechanical impurities, expansion of technological capabilities of preparation of complicated emulsion, providing a continuous controlled process of preparation, ensuring continuous preparation of a complicated oil emulsion, as well as reducing consumption of reagents.
