FIELD: waste water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention generally relates to petroleum industry and is directed to treatment of oil-containing waste waters to remove emulsified crude oil, petroleum products, suspended solid particles, and also to separate low-boiling gasoline fraction from gas. Treatment of waste water involves placing waste water into settler along with crude hydrocarbon gas injected into waste water at the waste water entry by means of disperser operated at pressure no higher than 0.1 MPa, rate of said gas injection being 3 to 15 m2/h corresponding to 2-10% of the volume of waste water supplied. Waste water/gas stream is introduced into middle portion of the settler filled with waste water to be treated at 10-30°C at a height of 4-8 m. Withdrawn from the settler are crude oil, gas, gasoline, and cleaned waste water. Gas is cooled to separated gasoline.
EFFECT: enhanced waste water treatment efficiency.
