FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to alloy metallurgy and namely manufacture of heat-resistant nickel alloys used for fabrication of heat-loaded parts, e.g. housings of gas-turbine engines operating in conditions of high temperatures and stresses. There proposed is heat-resistant granular alloy on the basis of nickel, which contains the following, wt %: carbon 0.03-0.06, chrome 4.0-5.0, cobalt 11.0-13.0, tungsten 8.0-10.0, molybdenum 3.0-5.0, titanium 2.0-2.5, aluminium 4.5-5.0, niobium 1.5-2.0, tantalum 1.0-2.0, hafnium 0.4-0.5, boron 0.005-0.015, zirconium 0.001-0.01, cerium 0.001-0.01, lanthanum 0.001-0.01, yttrium 0.001-0.01, nickel - the rest.
EFFECT: alloy has high heat resistance, high temperature of full dissolution of strengthening γ'-phase and high level of values of dimensional parametre ∆ mismatch of crystal latitudes γ- and γ'-phases.
