FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the composition of heat resistant nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy for producing boiler parts and steam turbines (pipes, rotors, discs) operating under ultra-supercritical steam parameters at temperatures up to 760°C by casting methods followed by hot deformation or powder metallurgy methods. Heat-resistant nickel-based alloy for producing boiler parts and steam turbines contains, wt %: carbon 0.015-0.10; chromium 19.0-21.5; cobalt 18.0-20.0; molybdenum 4.1-4.8; aluminium 1.2-1.8; titanium 2.5-3.2; boron 0.003-0.05; zirconium 0.01-0.06; silicon 0.05-0.3; manganese 0.05-0.3; iron ≤0.5; sulfur ≤0.007; phosphorus ≤0.007; tungsten 1.1-1.8; niobium 0.15-0.35; hafnium 0.15-0.30; oxygen ≤20 ppm; copper ≤0.05; vanadium 0.1-0.25; nitrogen ≤30 ppm; scandium 0.002-0.005; barium and/or strontium 0.0001-0.01; the rest is nickel, the total content of titanium and aluminium is about ≤4.4 wt % and ratio of titanium to aluminium content is 1.9-2.1.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by increased structural stability for service life and high values of long-term strength of the products.
