FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to casting heat-resistant nickel alloys intended for casting parts of gas turbines with a monocrystalline structure with operating temperature of up to 1,100 °C and higher. Cast heat-resistant nickel alloy with monocrystalline structure contains, wt%: carbon 0.002–0.1, chrome 3.0–6.0, cobalt 4.0–7.5, tungsten 2.0–4.0, molybdenum 2.5–4.0, aluminum 5.5–7.0, tantalum 7.0–10.0, vanadium 0.1–0.5, rhenium 3.5–5.0, zirconium 0.01–0.05, yttrium 0.001–0.1, lanthanum 0.001–0.1, cerium 0.001–0.1, silicon 0.01–0.2, manganese 0.01–0.2, boron 0.005–0.03, magnesium 0.01–0.03, praseodymium 0.01–0.1, nickel – the rest, subject to the following conditions: 44.8≥3.0CMo+1.6CW+2.3CTa+1.3CRe, where CMo, CW, CTa, CRe – concentration of corresponding elements in the alloy, wt%, and CAl/(CTa+CW+CMo)≥1.0 (at.%/at.%), where CAl, CTa, CW, CMo – concentration of corresponding elements in γ'-phase, at.%.
EFFECT: providing high heat resistance while maintaining specific weight of 8_82 g/cm3.
