FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermal chemical treatment of alloys and can be used for manufacture of high-temperature parts and assemblies of hot path of gas-turbine aircraft engines and other items operating at temperatures of up to 1100-1200°C with momentary increase of up to 1300°C. Method involves blowdown with dissociated ammonia flow with supply speed of 20-30 l/min, heating up to 1150-1250°C, exposure at this temperature during 30-35 hours at constant blowdown with dissociated ammonia with supply speed of 3-5 l/min in presence of ammonium chloride supplied in quantity of not less than 150 g/m3, and cooling with speed of 2.5-3.0°C/min in dissociated ammonia flow with flow rate of 20-30 l/min up to temperature of 600°C at which nitride phasesdo not appear.
EFFECT: improving nitridation reliability when performing steady deep nitridation.
