FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes blowing of parts made of high-temperature alloys based on nickel, iron-nickel, nickel-cobalt and cobalt with nitrogen, heating them to temperature of 1150-1250 C, subsequent holding at this temperature in nitrogen flow supplied at floe rate of 3-10 l/min, and cooling at rate of at least 50 C/min to temperature below which no formation of nitride phases takes place. Parts are blown with nitrogen at its flow rate of 10-20 l/min for 1-2 h. Holding in flow of nitrogen is effected for 10-100 h, and forced cooling is carried out in water or in the air. The invention increases level of characteristics of long-term strength and thermal stability (increased by a factor of 2.5-9) and working temperature of articles raises by 200 C.
