FIELD: construction, road engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstruction of road with asphalt-concrete coating. Method of road reconstruction with asphalt-concrete coating includes the following stages: production of regeneration material particles from material of asphalt-concrete road surface, mixing of bitumen emulsion with produced particles of regeneration material for production of asphalt-concrete bituminous mixture, testing of produced asphalt-concrete bituminous mixture for operational characteristics with application of test for adhesion, test for moisture perceptibility and test for compression module, grinding of road surface for production of regeneration material, at the same time mentioned asphalt-concrete road surface includes asphalt-concrete surface layer and layer of base, and on completion of grinding stage, residual depth of specified asphalt-concrete surface layer is less than approximately 1 inch (2.54 cm), selection of bitumen emulsion for use in creation of layer regenerated through the whole depth of road surface based on adhesion test, moisture perceptibility test and compression module test, mixing of regeneration material with bitumen emulsion for layer regenerated through the whole depth of road surface for production of asphalt-concrete bituminous mixture for use in creation of layer regenerated through the whole depth of road surface, and application of produced asphalt-concrete bituminous mixture onto road to produce asphalt-concrete road surface. Also version of method is described for road reconstruction.
EFFECT: improves reliability and operational characteristics of road.
