FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: improved self-lifting drilling rig or similar structure is described, which may operate under more severe conditions of environment compared to available drilling plants. Improved self-lifting drilling rig may be operated under more severe conditions of environment in case of deteriorated situation on sea, since it comprises inbuilt systems of piles driving and withdrawal and does not require special pile drivers or devices for piles withdrawal. Besides such drilling plant may operate in ice, since it comprises new original and efficient ice breaker devices. To execute those functions, drilling plant uses its self-lifting ability and may increase its efficiency as a result of operation under more severe conditions of environment for a longer period of time.
EFFECT: improved efficiency as a result of operation under more severe conditions of environment for a longer period of time.
