FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: plant contains: housing with living and office premises, equipment and operation provision systems, the body has positive buoyancy, it is provided with at least three supports, made as the truss structures, with the possibility of extension from the housing through portals, with support on the bottom soil and the housing lifting above the water, provided with bases; a drilling tower, located on the housing, with a drilling area passing through one of the supports and provided with drill strings. The support base, enclosing the drilling area is designed as the riser base. The supports are provided with ice deflectors, performed in the shape of shells with positive buoyancy and with the possibility of reciprocating sliding along the supports through its portals and fixing thereon, with the formation of the closed cavity around the supports at the waterline level, which is made with ability to supply therein the heated working fluid from the housing. The ice deflectors are made in the form of the shell, which is in the variable waterline area equipped with the ice-breaking nozzle, formed by the cone volumes, docked with larger bases. The inclination angle of the cones generatrices to its larger base is α=45-60°. At that the cones height is not less than the half of the variable waterline height range. At that the length of the ice deflector exceeds the distance from the housing deck up to the lower level of the variable waterlines area, with the recess below it, not less than the height of the cone. The ice deflectors are equipped with tight closures from above, in addition, the drilling tower is located on the body, with the ability to move from the support center, containing the drilling area to the body center, at least beyond the portal of this support. In addition, the bottom of the drilling plant housing is made as non-planar, for example, the dihedral. In this case, the support cross-sectional area, containing the drilling area exceeds the cross-sectional area of the remained supports and the riser base.
EFFECT: provision of constructive ice protection, increasing the navigational period of operation under the ice conditions, reduction of the ice abrasive action on the surface of the truss structures bearing elements of self-lifting drilling plant supporting columns, reduction of time for the columns release from the ice to ensure its lifting, if the emergency evacuation of the platform is required.
