FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: various embodiments of the invention relate to a method and a platform-based platform resting on the seabed to create a drilling station on a shallow-water shelf, wherein said floating bottom support part is towed to work site, filled with ballast so that it rests on seabed and/or piles are driven into seabed to form bottom foundation. Platform bed resting on sea bed comprises at least one cantilever block with holes for well drilling outwardly sideways from outer side of vertical wall, ending above sea level. Manufactured floating drilling module containing an external bearing with a drilling device configured to move to the side, towed to the work site, directed into the bottom support part through the opening in the wall structure along the platform base perimeter, then filled with ballast and combined with bottom base, after which wells are drilled with the help of drilling mechanism. After completion of drilling works and works on completion of wells, the drilling rig is removed and replaced with a production unit.
EFFECT: simplified process of arrangement of platform on bottom bed of any type and fast start of hydrocarbon production from drilled and finished wells.
