SUBSTANCE: invention relates to maintenance and operation of cars and may be used in design of multi-tier mechanized garages - car parking lots and warehouses for storage of cars. Method for car parking, mostly, in megapolises, includes installation of parking site, entry and exit of cars and their parking. Parking platform for cars is installed directly under overpass or bridge, and cars descent from overpass or bridge is carried out simultaneously on both sides with the help of helical ramps, which are arranged below overpass or bridge, and parking platform for cars is arranged in the form of multilevel assembled cassette, at the same time parked cars are placed on parking platforms of cassette with the possibility of independent entry and exit, and descent and lift of drivers is carried out with the help of spiral stairs or lifts, shafts of which are installed inside ramps near cassette ends.

EFFECT: reduction of material expenses and improved technical and operational parametres, reduction of metal intensity and increased reliability.
