FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: development of kimberlitic pipe is carried out in three stages. Pipe stock is stripped, near surface part of a pipe mouth is extracted with open cut mining and near surface protecting artificial massif 10 is formed in developed space by the method of layer-by layer filling during the 1st stage. At 2nd stage sock is developed under protection of massif 10 by means of dividing developed part of ore body along vertical into excavation units 14 with horizontal artificial protecting massifs 12; also around their external contour there are made vertical artificial protecting massifs 16; excavation of stock of mining blocks 17 is carried out with known processes. Stocks of a conic part of the mouth are excavated at the 3d stage. At insufficient stability of ore massif within ranges of the mouth the second and third stages are swapped in time, when the conic part of mouth stock is excavated first, then its cylinder part 11 is excavated.
EFFECT: creating conditions for efficient and safe excavation of stock of all parts of kimberlitic pipe, elimination or depression of negative effect of geological factors, reduction of ecological consequences of deposit development.
