FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed miniature engine comprises housing to accommodate centrifugal micro compressors with built-in motors, inflow-type miniature turbine with built-in generator, combustion chamber, main and bypass ducts. External surface of outer disk of every bypass micro compressor is coated by a layer of magnetic material. Micro motor stator winding is arranged on micro motor housing inner surface, above outer disk magnetic coat, said micro motor incorporating bypass micro compressor. Outlet of bypass micro compressor build-up volute has fuel feed orifices. Said build-up volute smoothly changes over into combustion chamber with fire cage furnished with holes arranged all around to allow fuel-air mix to flow through. Combustion chamber outlet section terminates in build-up volute of inflow miniature turbine. Outer disk is arranged on end faces of miniature turbine impeller vanes. Outer disk external surface coated with magnetic layer to make, together with inflow miniature turbine impeller, the rotor of micro electric generator. Micro motor stator winding is arranged on micro motor housing inner surface, above outer disk magnetic coat, said micro motor incorporating bypass micro compressor. Miniature turbine impeller outlet communicates with outlet nozzle of high-temperature high-pressure had generator loop. Miniature engine housing represents a flat structure with smooth curvilinear side surface. Housing accommodates bypass micro compressors with built-in motors, inflow-type miniature turbine with built-in generator, bypass micro compressors of low-pressure low-temperature external loop. All bypass micro compressors are not coupled with inflow miniature turbine and between themselves. Bypass micro compressors are isolated from inflow miniature turbine to allow efficiency of bypass design by varying the number of simultaneously running inflow micro compressors and impeller rpm. Internal high-pressure high-temperature has generator circuit comprises bypass micro compressor, combustion chamber and inflow miniature turbine. External low-temperature air circuit consists of two or more bypass micro compressors with outlet build-up volutes communicated with outlet nozzles arranged all around outlet nozzle of high-pressure high-temperature gas generator circuit. Outlet nozzle of inner gas generator circuit and outlet nozzles of outer low-temperature circuit are communicated to mix flows.

EFFECT: higher thermodynamic efficiency and controlled bypass circuit design.
