FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods for obtaining supercritical phase of gaseous compounds with temperature of supercritical state of not more than 100°C and can be used for separation of substances by means of supercritical preparative chromatography, in gas industry, as well as in coke-chemical manufacture during processing of coke gas. Gaseous compound is liquefied by means of heat exchange with cooling agent. Then it is heated up to temperature at which gaseous compound changes to supercritical state. Supply of gaseous compound and circulation of cooling agent is performed by means of mechanical energy. As mechanical energy source there used is internal combustion engine, and energy is supplied by means of a system of drives, by means of which mechanical energy consumers are connected to energy source. As heat source there used is waste working medium of cooling system of internal combustion engine, which is returned to cooling system after its having been used.
EFFECT: minimising specific energy consumption for obtaining supercritical phase of gaseous compound, enlarging field of application.
