SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method of creating a radio channel between a mobile terminal and a network in a wireless communication system. The mobile terminal receives radio channel information for a specific service from one or more cells and stores the received radio channel information. If the mobile terminal moves to one or more cells, and then returns to a specific cell, the mobile terminal rather creates a radio channel for a specific service in accordance with previously stored radio channel information of the specific cell than using repeated reception of radio channel information.
EFFECT: minimisation of data loss when a terminal moves between cells.
