SUBSTANCE: present invention is aimed at interrupting use of a frequency level convergence circuit which supports selection of a cell with the preferred frequency for a multiaddress service. A mobile terminal connected to the multiaddress service having the preferred frequency uses a frequency level convergence circuit for repeated cell selection. The frequency level convergence circuit supports selection of the cell on the preferred frequency level. However, use of the frequency level convergence circuit is interrupted if there is a motive.
EFFECT: potential increase in efficiency of a wireless communication system in cases when operating terminals cannot support a separate frequency.
