METHOD OF ESOPHAGOINTESTINAL ANASTOMOSIS FORMATION Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2387385 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery. Method includes application of serous-muscular parallel sutures between posterior wall, left and right sides of esophagus and efferent intestinal loop. First suture is applied in point, coinciding with upper angle of junction between intestinal loops. Following sutures are applied on line at angle to the line of junction if intestinal loops. Esophagus is brought on the middle of semi-circumference of efferent loop. Intestine is dissected on the width of anastomosis in transverse direction. Esophagus is transected. Sutures are applied on the anterior lip of anastomosis in such way that mucous membranes of esophagus and intestine contact. Knots of sutures are located outside anastomosis opening. Created anastomosis is covered with afferent loop. Above line of suture created during covering, additionally row of serous-muscular sutures is applied.

EFFECT: method allows to eliminate follow-up complications, justifiability of anastomosis increases.
