FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming reflux muff-like esophagus-to-smallintestine anastomosis. Small intestine graft is produced and it is connected to the duodenum. Sealed small intestine platform is built from the afferent and efferent intestinal loops of the graft. The esophagus is attached to the platform. One-row esophagus-to-small-intestine anastomosis is created with the efferent intestinal loop. Afferent and efferent intestinal loops edges opposite to mesenterium are sutured above the anastomosis. Mucoserous intussusceptional small intestine valve is created. EFFECT: avoided reflux into the esophagus; provided portion-like food supply to the duodenum. 9 dwg
