FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for dermatomy in case of bullous-haemorrhagic and pyo-necrotic forms of erysipelas of extremities and body. Contour cuts of skin and subcutaneous fat are carried out with crossing of regional over-fascial lymphatic vessels on contour of erysipelatous inflammation at the distance 1.0-1.5 cm from edge of inflammation within healthy tissues.
EFFECT: method allows to limit inflammatory process, to reduce intoxication.
