FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing orange peel and hops in mass ratio of 1:10 and extracting the obtained mixture with liquid nitrogen followed by separating corresponding miscella, cutting girasol, drying it in the microwave field until residual humidity is about 20% and at the microwave field providing heating the girasol bits to the temperature of 80-90°C inside for 1 hour and roasting, mixing girasol and malt in the mass ratio of 1:(10-25), impregnating the obtained mixture with separated miscella at the same time raising the pressure, releasing the pressure until it equals the atmospheric one at the same time freezing the mixture, cryomilling it in evolved nitrogen medium, pouring drinking water and saccharifying the mixture to produce wort, adding brewer's yeast into the wort, performing incipient fermentation, afterfermentation of the young beer and its filtering.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce production process duration and increase foam stability.
