FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing the following in g/l: enzymic peptone - 18.0-22.0, glycerine - 8.0-12.0, magnesium sulphate - 0.9-1.1, potassium sulphate - 4.0-6.0, magnesium chloride - 0.4-0.6, agar - 13.0-17.0 and distilled water - up to 1 l. The obtained mixture is heated and brought to the boil and melting the agar. pH 7.2-7.4 is set up. The mixture is filtered. Sample of furasolidone in the amount of 0.10-0.14 g/l is previously dissolved in 10 ml of dimethylsulfoxide and is introduced into the medium. The growing medium obtained is cooled.
EFFECT: method enables to increase selective and differentiative properties and transparency of the growing medium.
