SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method for the isolation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria involves seeding a test material for a selective synthetic breeding ground containing L-natrium glutamate, L-proline, mannitol, osalmid (CAS 526-18-1), dimethylsulfoxide, NaCl, Na2SO4, MgSO4, KH2PO4, K2HPO4, microbiological agar and distilled water in predetermined ratios. Incubation under aerobic conditions at 42 °C for 24 hours is carried out followed by the identification of bacteria of the species P. aeruginosa by the presence of grown colonies or a lawn of bacteria.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the standardization of the study on the isolation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria.
