FIELD: sanitary microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium for extracting Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria from water bodies contains meat-peptone agar, glucose, glycerine and copper sulphate (CuSO4×5H2O) at given content of components.
EFFECT: invention increases selective release of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from water bodies, simplifies composition of nutrient medium and can be used in controlling water quality of surface water bodies, recreation areas, waste water and drinking water.
