Functional elements and/or communications have elements of split joints for connection with at least one functional element or element of communications in the neighbouring sound-insulating element. Functional elements and/or communications are installed in sound-insulating elements so that they may not be withdrawn.

EFFECT: simplified assembly and operation of structure, increased reliability of functional elements and communications against exposure to aggressive factors of medium, and at the same time, preservation of sound-insulating properties.
