FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: device for pipe holding in a well comprises a flanged body with an internal narrowed up conical guide, lids spring-assisted upwards and mounted in the conical guide to perform radial and synchronous axial motion. The conical guide represents inserts with internal conical surfaces equispaced within the internal cylindrical surface of the body to be fixed and pulled out. Each lid is inserted into the coupled insert to perform longitudinal motion in relation to its internal conical surface. The lids are spring-assisted upwards in relation to each insert. The lid is inserted into the coupled insert by a T-joint or dovetail, while the inserts and the body are interconnected by the T-joint or dovetail. Along their external surface, the inserts are provided with cross-section samples, and the body on its internal surface has tangential holes matched with said samples wherein a pin interacting with the insert samples is mounted.
EFFECT: creation of a simple, reliable and cheap design of the device.
