FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: equipment contains housing with fixing facilities to fix equipment on casing tube at the head of flowing well. Available is hydraulic drive for fixing facilities in the form of ring piston with double-side rod. For disassembling housing relative to casing tube, there is back-stroke cavity formed by surfaces of rod, piston, and housing. Piston is set up in annular slot of housing. Sealing members are executed in the form of preventer rams and are disposed over above-mentioned hydraulic drive. Over-piston part of drive is located in upper part of housing to protect sealing members against heat and mechanical effects before setting blowout-preventing equipment is completed. Base coupled with locking means is set onto well head with elevating mast assistance. Fixing facilities are attached to annular bushing in dovetail slots and, during axial stroke, can radially move in slots. Displacement of fixing facilities leads to their keying between casing tube and housing. When oil enters hydraulic cylinders of preventer, rams crimp casing tube and seal head. To dismount base, rams must be removed. EFFECT: facilitated suppressing oil and gas blowouts. 2 dwg
