FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: packer consists of hollow branch with sub on top. Main and split cones correspondingly narrowing downward and upward are arranged on the hollow branch. An upper stop with a spring retaining ring is installed in an upper part on the hollow branch, while a packing element is installed between un upper stop and the main cone equipped with a restriction on top. A split cone is inserted into a pressure ring set on the hollow branch. Surfaces for oval sockets and dies are made on upper and lower ends of the ferrule. The oval sockets and dies interact with their internal surfaces for expansion with main and split cones correspondingly. Below the pressure ring the branch is equipped with an external stop, while inside it is equipped with a circular restriction. Above the restriction there are made openings corresponding to recesses of the pressure ring. Holders are screwed into openings under fixing balls held with a bushing from inside. The bushing is furnished with a circular groove fixed with a destructed component inside the hollow branch. Upon element destruction the circular groove travels down to a circular restriction till the circular groove of the bushing conjugates with the openings of the hollow branch. A circular boss is made in the middle part of the hollow branch.
EFFECT: reliable design, avoiding complications at extracting packer from well, packer seating in strictly specified interval of well without up and down manipulations.
