SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body with a central pass that comprises a valve passing bottom-up an annular groove accommodating in its top a limiter, a placement head interacting with the annular groove designed to perform limited motion upwards and interact from the top with an alignment equipment. The head is equipped with an external collar and a support interacting from within with retainers pressed inside. The external surface of the retainers represents segments of a rotation figure that interacts with an annular extension of the shutter. On the internal surfaces of the retainers, there are inclined guides. The annular groove of the body is external, and the placement head, external collar located from the top is mounted outside of this groove. The limiter is designed as a lock element fixing the head in the extreme upper position in relation to the body. The supports interact with the head through the collar which connects the supports designed to perform limited radial motion inside. The supports represent segments of the rotation figure inserted into the gaps of the retainers. On the surfaces of the supports, there are guides provided. While compressed, the supports and the retainers are designed as a unified rotation figure.
