SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to weapons, particularly to designs of launching tubes and methods of their production. Launching tube 1 comprises outer shell 2 with inner erosion-proof layer 4 made from rubber-like film. Said outer shell has threaded holes 16 to receive screw plugs 7. Proposed method comprises producing threaded holes 16 in tube wall 5 and screwing screw plugs 7 in from inside. Every plug 7 is provided with recess 9 formed by thin-wall skirt with tapered edge, on the side of inner surface 8. In screwing plugs 7 adhesive 6 is forced into delamination 18 of erosion-proof 3 and sealing 4 layers on outer shell 2 caused by drilling holes 5, and skirt edge is buried into wall 5 of tube 1 by deforming outer shell 2, erosion-proof and sealing layers, thin wall and skirt edge.
