FIELD: technological processes; pipes.
SUBSTANCE: internal layer from rubber-like material is serially laid onto mandrel, inserts of glass tissue saturated by epoxide binder are installed on it in angles, and power layer from glass tissue saturated with epoxide binder is applied on top. At that power layer is wound with layer of heat-shrinkage material, on top of which sawing blocks with T-shaped section are installed on pipe faces. Then they are wound with the second layer of heat-shrinkage material, and are thermally treated with creation of contact pressure transmitted via sawing blocks in applied layers. Pipe is manufactured by specified method and comprises internal layer and power layer. At that pipe is equipped with inserts of glass tissue arranged in the form of profile angle and installed in angles of pipe between internal layer and power layer for the whole length of pipe. Internal layer is made of rubber-like material, and power layer is made of glass tissue saturated with epoxide binder.
EFFECT: higher manufacturability and tightness of pipes.
