FIELD: physics, communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a connection module or adapter which connects network components to the sensor component of a detector. The connection module or adapter interface has a housing which has an interface with sockets, which has a plug socket connector which is profiled for receiving a plug; a sensor socket attached with possibility of plugging on the said interface with sockets and having a cavity passing through it in order to allow passage of the plug when inserted into the plug socket connector. The said sensor socket has a mounting pad near the said cavity of the socket and at least one sensor contact which is mated with it and profiled for interaction with it, a probe sensor connected to the plug inserted into the plug socket connector, characterised by that the socket has a connection apparatus accessible from the front of the socket, making it possible to electrically connect the socket to the sensor component independent of any component inside the said housing. Also described are modular plugs which can be installed into the detector, with possibility of replacement, for identification of separate connections, and mounting screws with two end sections for making easier mounting of the detector are used.
EFFECT: increased versatility due to possibility of installation of the detector onto housings of existing connectors.
